You must be reading about Intermittent Fasting a lot in the news but im gonna make it really simple for you to understand.

Intermittent Fasting means just restricting you self from eating for few hours of the day  now i know so many question popping in your head like when to eat and when not to eat now again guys chill don’t make it complicated you make the rule you decided the timings you are not in school .

You decided the time and stick to it be consistent simple Khalaz(the way the say in arabic slang)


How Yavar Power Does It

I always have High protein breakfast usually (8 am)

  • 2 scoops whey
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Dates
  • 1 raw egg
  • Psyllium husk aka Fibers

As per research if you have a high protein fiber breakfast then you tend to eat less through out the day and makes you feel fuller now again don’t trust the research if you feel you wanna skip breakfast you can again you are not in school make your own rules and stick to it then i just have a pre workout meal and then Dinner

Pre Workout Meal 6 pm

  • Fruits
  • Whey protein
  • Tea (Karak chai)

Dinner 9 pm

  • Mix Veggies
  • Chicken
  • Fruit Bowl + whey protein (taste like ice cream)
  • Rice

Is Intermittent Fasting the best way to lose weight

Im gonna answer this in a different way to lose weight you need to eat less than what your body burns calorie deficit and Intermittent Fasting is one way to lose weight as you eat at limited times so you eat less food so you eat less calories so i hope you get my point
